Home Builders
As a general contractor, you will have dedicated account managers who will be your personal contact with Percy’s, and are available for on-site visits to your facility or job site. We have the ability to read your plans in order to ensure that the appliances selected are within your specifications.
We can work with you to provide appliance packages that fit within your budget. If you’d prefer, we can offer a variety of packages to your home buyer with an allowance from you. When a package is chosen, we will send the cut sheets to your cabinet designer to ensure the appliances will fit in the specs.
We will arrange to deliver the product to each home and in many cases installing all of the appliances. Attention to the smallest detail is our specialty.
Construction Managers
As a general contractor, you will have dedicated account managers who will be your personal contact with Percy’s, and are available for on-site visits to your facility or job site. We have the ability to read your plans in order to ensure that the appliances selected are within your specifications.
We can arrange everything from a drop ship to delivering the product to each unit and putting all of the appliances in place. Regardless of the type of delivery service selected, a dedicated Percy’s employee will be there to supervise the delivery. We specialize in multiple unit deliveries and take personal pride in ensuring that products delivered to the job site are on time and without defects. Attention to the smallest detail is our specialty. Upon request we will provide a detailed spreadsheet by unit with the serial numbers for each assigned appliance. In addition, we will record with the manufacturer the warranty card information with occupancy date. As an optional no cost service we will also provide pictures of each completed unit.
Staying on top of things is as important to us as it is to you. We track the progress of all projects through the use of the AIA document 702 and 703 and will customize the application to better suit your project.
