    Percy’s offers next day local delivery on in-stock appliances for when life throws you a curveball. There's nothing worse than spoiled food - and we know that! Order by 2:00 PM and receive your in-stock appliances on the next business day. Currently available in Auburn, Boylston, Grafton, Holden, Hudson, Leicester, Marlborough, Millbury, North Grafton, Northborough, Paxton, Shrewsbury, South Grafton, West Boylston, Westborough, and Worcester from Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

    We Install What We Sell

    If you are purchasing appliances from us and you live in our local area, we will install them for you. For an installation quote, email online@percys.com, call 508.438.6800 or ask your expert sales representative. If a quote cannot be made via phone or email, a licensed professional may come out to inspect the space.

    Percy's only uses and refers licensed and fully insured plumbers and contractors. Using a licensed professional is essential because they have the qualifications and insurance necessary to complete your job properly and safely. We strongly recommend you use these services.

    We Install What We Sell

    General Installation Guidelines

    • Please empty all contents of your appliance prior to our arrival.
    • Packing materials will be removed from your property.
    • Your new appliance will be unpacked, set in place, and leveled unless otherwise specified.

    • Empty drip pan prior to the arrival. Percy’s will not be responsible for water spillage.
    • If your old refrigerator has an existing water line, our drivers can disconnect and reattach it to the new one with new fittings for an extra fee.
    • If your old refrigerator is built in or has custom panels additional handling may be needed.
    • Remove all water from your washer. If not removed we will not remove or move your appliance.
    • Please inform us if your washer is leaking an oily substance. This will allow us to bring the proper material to protect your property.
    • If your hookups are more than four feet from the desired area please let us know. We sell extended hoses if needed.
    • If your water faucets or the old drain is corroded, the delivery drivers may require you to sign a waiver. If the water faucets do not work, the delivery driver may ask you to shut off your water main. Delivery drivers will not shut off water mains.
    • The machine will be set in place and, if possible, leveled. The washer will be tested to ensure the water hoses are hooked up properly and that the washer agitates and drains.
    • If the receptacle is more than four feet from the desired area please let us know. Longer cords are available for purchase, we will not install old cords.
    • Clean dryer lint from your old vent hose.
    • Vent hoses must be U.L. approved. We will not install vinyl hoses.
    • The delivery drivers will not disconnect or connect any product that is direct wired. Please have all direct wired appliances disconnected and the wires capped off to prevent risk of injury.
    • Percy’s delivery drivers will not connect your new gas dryer. If your old dryer is GAS, please have it disconnected prior to the arrival.
    • If electric, it will be tested to ensure it is heating properly.
    • If the receptacle is more than four feet from the desired area please let us know. Longer cords are available for purchase, we will not install old cords.
    • The delivery drivers will not disconnect or connect any product that is wired. Please have all direct wired appliances disconnected and the wires capped off to prevent risk of injury.
    • If your old range is gas, please have it disconnected prior to the arrival of the drivers. Percy’s delivery drivers will not disconnect your old gas range.
    • Remove all items you wish to keep from your old range such as: broiler pan, grates, racks, pots and pans prior to delivery.
    • All televisions will be uncrated and set in place. If possible, cable or antenna connections will be attached.
    • The unit will be tested for sound and picture. Percy’s will not auto-program televisions.
    • Percy’s delivery drivers will not hook up electronic accessories such as surround sound systems, DVD players or Blu-ray players.
    • By law, you are required to pull a permit to install any appliance with open wiring or water hook ups. Percy’s uses a licensed plumber and a permit will be required.
    • Sometimes there are vendor rebates to cover installation expenses, please see store for details.
