Customer Service Specialist

This position will support the company’s sales agenda with responsibility for customer service solutions and all aspects of processing customer returns while maintaining the customer relationship through exceptional and timely service.

  • Main contact for all customer questions and concerns regarding product claims/returns while complying with our Sales Return Authorization Policy.
  • Analyze and research customer claims to substantiate and recommend resolutions.
  • Work closely with warehouse staff regarding returns and the condition of the product returned.
  • Document all claim/return process information in customer account and RA order.
  • Ability to listen, communicate and interact professionally with customers and Sales team members via in-person, phone & e-mail.
Qualifications
  • Must possess good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy must include a working knowledge of basic business software such as Word & Excel etc.
  • Knowledge of STORIS Retail Software a plus
  • Pleasant and Professional attitude
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic to include a self-starter approach
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to receive calls through our front desk phone console & transfer them to the appropriate individual when coverage is needed
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments
  • Ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions

Pay $16 – $19 per hour depending on experience

Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager of Warehousing within this growing Retail Facility. The Company is looking for a strong individual with the ability to wear a few different hats in this role. This individual will be handling the Inventory Control process, including receiving, staging, storing, and reconciliation of inventory. What makes the position unique is the candidate would need to be Forklift Certified, someone who can help assist in the warehouse, handle the inventory and who motivates workers.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse and Forklift Operation as well as experience using radio frequency inventory guns.
  • Must be able to work in a fast moving environment and take responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, computer literacy, attention detail and organizational skills required. Job requires someone who would possess strong team building capabilities.
  • Experience with STORIS Retail System and Excel Software not necessary, but would be a big ++
