We are on the lookout for people who put our customers at the heart of everything they do. A person who ensures that they get top-notch service every time. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will assist customers at the register as well as over the phone to process payments in an efficient and friendly manner, maintaining a high level of register security at all times. Whatever our customers need, whenever they need it, you will assist them through the process. You will also support the sales staff when required.

Qualifications

• Need an eye for detail and accuracy, great organizational skills.
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone through your engaging personality.
• Must be computer literate & a fast learner.
• Knowledge of STORIS Retail System software a plus.

• MUST have pleasant demeanor and maintain a professional image and appearance at all times.
• Desire and interest in home design and trends.
• Background in sales a plus.
• 5 years or more experience working with customers face to face preferred.
