1. How do I use Percy's shopping cart?

Search for the items you wish to purchase. Click the Add to Cart button for each item you want. If you are purchasing more than one of the same item, change the quantity in the Quantity Product field and then click Update Cart.

If you would like to shop for additional item, click the Continue Shopping button.

After you have added all your items into the shopping cart, select Checkout.

You will have the option to continuing with your purchase without logging in, register on our site, or use your already established log in email and password.

Next, you will be asked for your billing information, shipping information and payment. After payment has been submitted, a confirmation notification will be emailed to you.

2. How will I keep track of my order's progress when I submit an order with Percys.com?

Percy's will keep you informed of your order via email. Your tracking number will also be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

3. Does Percy's accept phone, fax or email orders?

Unfortunately, we do not accept phone, fax or email orders. All orders must be placed online.

5. How long does it generally take to process an order on Percys.com?

It takes one to two business days for us to process an order (prior to shipping). Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by your selected shipping method and your local FedEx, UPS or in home (white glove, threshold or curbside) delivery guidelines.

6. How can I check the status of my Percys.com order?

7. Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately you cannot. If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we may be able to make changes to the order. However, if the amount of the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes and the order will have to be cancelled.

We apologize, but we cannot combine separate web orders.

For your convenience, Percys.com advertises current manufacturer rebates on our website. Manufacturer mail-in rebate offers are fulfilled by the manufacturer, exclusively. The prices on our website do not include rebate savings. Use of these rebates is limited to any terms or conditions provided by the manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding a rebate's terms and conditions and/or how to redeem the rebate, please contact the manufacturer directly. Percys.com is not responsible for mailing in rebates for our customers.

10. Does Percys.com sell or release my personal information?

11. What can I do if I am having trouble with my shopping cart?

Shopping cart problems usually occur for one or more of the following reasons:

12. What happens when an item is out of stock?

We do not sell merchandise that we don't have in-stock. Stock availability changes daily. Please check back periodically to see if the "in Stock" status appears on the item.

13. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please contact our customer service department at 508-755-5269 or email at online@percys.com.

14. Can I back order an item that is out-of-stock?

No, our items are not available for backorder.

15. Do you honor all pricing on your web site, even if the price is incorrect?

Despite our efforts, there may be instances when information about a product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the products price or availability. Percy's makes no warranty or guarantee that the information on Percys.com is error-free, complete or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content at any time, without notice. Percy's also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount that was charged. If a product is marked "in stock" and it is not available, you will be notified within 48 hours.
