Percy's Return and Refund Policy:
 

It is very important to us here at Percy’s that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you receive your item(s) and they are damaged or if the item(s) you received are different than what you ordered, please contact us right away.  It is our #1 goal to make certain you are happy and to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered in the condition it should be in.

Returning a Product Purchased Online

Percy’s wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you would like to return product purchased online at Percys.com please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-866-590-1777 or email at customerservice@percys.com to discuss your request for a RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization number.  You will need to give them your 6 digit order number that is located on the receipt you received online after making your purchase.  If the product meets the criteria for return (Please read "In Order to Return a Product" below) a Customer Service representative will provide you with your RMA, which is needed in order to return any item(s) purchased from Percy's.


In Order to Return a Product: 

  • Product returns must be made within 7 days of date of receipt.
  • Product must be packed in the original undamaged and complete packaging.
  • Product must be NEW and UNUSED.
  • All accessories, clean instruction books and warranty card must be returned.

Product which does not meet this criteria or has been used may, at Percy’s discretion, not be accepted as a return, or may be subject to a restocking fee in an amount representative of the condition of the product or it's packaging.

Special ordered product that has been used or is not repackaged in its original undamaged packaging cannot be returned.  Special ordered product not used and packaged as new will be subject to the manufacturers restocking fee plus related handling and shipping fees.
 
Percy’s reserves the right to decline to exchange or accept the return of ANY product other than product that is initially defective after the 7day period.
 
The customer will be responsible for all delivery/shipping fees for any product returned, redelivered or exchanged.

Please note that certain sales are made as a final sale. These products cannot be returned.


Return Process:

1. Please find the Percys self-addressed label that is attached to the sales invoice/packing slip enclosed in your order. Write the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) given to you by Customer Service on the line entitled RMA#.

Important Note: Product will not be accepted into Percy's warehouse unless the RMA# appears on this line (please contact customer service for your RMA number).

2. Place a copy of the sales invoice (enclosed in your order) in the box to insure that credits are properly applied.

3. Package the product in the same original packaging using all inner packing materials. Seal the package securely.

4. Apply the Prepaid Shipping label to the outside of the box.

5. Ship the product to Percys.

Important Note: Product arriving at Percys damaged because of improper packing will not be credit.


Percy's Refund Policy:

Credit Card refunds will be issued to the original credit card account only. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the date requested. No other terms or conditions are expressed or implied unless specifically written in the comments of the original sales invoice.


Percy's Won't Fit Policy:

Please confirm all dimensions of your new product and verify that it will fit through all access areas as well as the final installation location. Product that does not fit will be subject to additional return and shipping/delivery fees and in some cases significant restocking charges can apply. Prior to delivery make sure you check ALL pathways, doorways, stairways, and the final point of destination/installation for adequate spacing and clearance.
