Dishwasher:                                                        $169

Installation Includes:

-Pick-up and delivery by installer

-Disposal of old unit

-Elbows, wire nuts, & Romex electrical connector

Not Included:

-Carpentry

-Additional Travel fees (If out of area)

**Additional costs incurred due to flooring, cabinets or countertop obstructing the normal removal of old unit will be billed in addition to the above fee.

 

Gas Stove/Dryer/Cooktop:                                 $169

Installation Includes:

-Price of connection of piping to existing gas supply

 

Not Included:

-Flexible gas connector (May be purchased from installer at time of install for $20)

-Modifications to cabinetry or immediate installation area.

-Additional Travel fees (If out of area)

Garbage Disposal:                                               $125

Installation Includes:

-Tailpiece extension (if needed)

-Wire nuts/fasteners not supplied by the manufacturer

-Disposal of old unit

-Sealant

Not Included:

-Wiring/plumbing beyond the immediate installation area

-Travel Fees

Icemaker Kit For Refrigerator:                         $125

Installation Includes: 

 

-Connection of existing waterline kit to water supply  -or-

-Connection to preinstalled icemaker. (Customer must supply water line kit)

**Additional parts/labor not supplied by the vendor or needed to correct issues attributed to insufficient/deteriorated conditions of the pre-existing gas/plumbing supply and is not included in the above pricing.  Mileage and or travel fees for installs outside of the local install area will be billed in addition to the above installation fees**

 

Over the Range Microwave:                                               $129.99

Installation Includes:

-Pick-up and delivery of Over the Range Microwave

-Removal/Disposal of old unit

-Connection to pre-existing dedicated electrical supply

Not Included:

-Mileage outside local installation area

-Travel time outside the local installation area

-Additional parts not supplied with the unit by the manufacturer

-Modifications to cabinetry needed to complete install

*Dedicated electrical supply must be pre-existing in cabinetry of the immediate installation area.
