Percy’s Local In Home Service team is here to serve you.  We provide In-Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Out of Warranty appliance service.  Percy's will service appliances for both Percy's customers and non-Percy's customers.  Percy's gives appliance service priority to our customers.  Thus, Percy's will provide service for our customers who purchased from us first.  We service 99.9% of all brands we sell.  Our professional technicians have been in the appliance repair business for many years and have received extensive training from the manufacturers of your products.

You can rest assured our technicians and drivers are fully insured and bonded.  Our Service Team which is located right here in our Percy's store will come to your home to expertly diagnose and repair your appliance problem.  They will arrive at your home in clean, well-maintained trucks, be uniformed, and upon request will provide identification.

Our trucks are fully equipped to assist our technicians in speedy diagnosis and repair, thereby minimizing the amount of time spent on the repair and, in many cases, eliminating the need for a second house call.

All service and warranty related issues should go through Percy’s first prior to contacting the manufacturer.
