What if I never need to use this Guarantee?

At the end of the coverage period, if you did not need to use Percy's Performance Guarantee, Percy's will promptly refund, in the form of a non-refundable Percy's Gift Card, 50% of the price you paid for the Guarantee. That's right! You get half back!

Warranty period begins on the date of delivery. All local repairs are performed by our service department here at Percy's. Items that need repair and were purchased by customers who are outside of our local area, will be repaired by a service center in their local area. At the end of your coverage period, if you haven't used your Performance Guarantee and you are a local customer, simply bring your certificate to Percy's for proper verification. If you are not local, please contact our Customer Service department at 508-756-5810 for instructions on how to receive your refund.
