If you do not see the product you are looking for on our website please call us. There are items that we sell which may not be listed on our website yet. Please call 1-508-755-5269 or email us  and ask a sales consultant if we carry the product you are looking for.


What are acceptable methods of payment?
When purchasing online, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment. When purchasing items in our showroom, Percy's accepts, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Gift Cards, or you can finance your items and pay later. Can I check the balance left on my Percy's Gift Card?
Yes, you can check your gift card balance.


Does Percy's Service what they sell?
Yes. Percy's Appliance Service Department will service the appliances we sell. Currently our services are only available in our local area. Please call us at 1-508-755-5269 with any questions or read more about our in-home appliance service.


Does Percy's Install?
Yes. Percy's installs the products we sell. Percy's installs home theater systems or appliances. Currently our installation services are only available in our local area. Please call us at 1-508-755-5269 with questions regarding installation.


Does Percy's offer Financing?
Yes. Percy's offers 0% financing on most items. Currently Percy's financing is available In-Store only. Online purchases must be paid for using your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card. To apply for in-store financing, please visit our financing page. If approved, please bring your approval form in with you.


Does Percy's Deliver anywhere in the continental US?
Yes. Percy's will deliver anywhere in the continental US. Depending on the product being delivered and where it is being delivered to, different shipping methods will apply. Please view our entire shipping policy.
